Avidyne equipment that was installed in an aircraft involved in an accident (as described in 49 CFR 830.2) shall not be serviced or recertified. If the aircraft was involved in an incident, the equipment may be repaired or certified, but only after a review of the situation and circumstances of the specific incident. We feel this policy is in the best interest of the safety of our product owners.
