AeroNav units were sold and distributed by BendixKing/Honeywell, and all warranty and support responsibilities remain with BendixKing/Honeywell. Avidyne is not involved in the sale, distribution, or support of these units. For assistance with these products, customers should contact BendixKing/Honeywell directly for warranty support.

Alternatively, customers can RMA the product through an Avidyne dealer, and the unit will be converted to an Avidyne IFD product with the associated Avidyne warranty as part of the process.  Avidyne dealers can handle these transactions and can quote customers the flat-rate repair/conversion.

9/3/2024: Avidyne Tech Support can accept RMA request for all BK boxes from Avidyne Dealers. 

AeroNav radios have a 2-year warranty, if the date of install is more than 30-days from shipping from Avidyne, a logbook entry is required to establish warranty.
